Today's world can often feel overwhelming to people who are contemplating tomorrow.
A quiet, non-judgemental and non-discriminatory place in which to think, feel and express ourselves may be increasingly difficult to find in the sprawling mass of urban London.
I offer such a space to anyone who may want to investigate their relationships, feelings, desires, motivations or ambitions, or to anybody who may be struggling with loss, sexuality, ill-health or aloneness.
I am a counsellor who has been trained integratively, which means that I use many of the techniques and beliefs available to therapists today. In doing this, I feel that I can bring a very broad spectrum of knowledge into our work together.
I hold a Diploma in Counselling, for which I studied for four years at The Minster Centre, in North-West London. I continue to develop my research for an M.A. thesis and regularly attend professional CPD courses and seminars. I have a special interest in Psychotherapy and the Arts.
My practice is based in North-West London and is a four-minute walk from Queens Park Underground station on the Bakerloo Line.
I charge £65 for a 50-minute session.
I am a registered member of the BACP and wholly abide by their code of ethics.
